3. Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to Jaangli within 7 days of RMA issuance.
4. Refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping and Handling

1. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email return.jaangli@gmail.com with order number and cancellation request.

Exceptions

1. Products purchased during sales or promotions are final and non-returnable.
2. Products with broken seals or tampered packaging are non-returnable.
